My sister went to Santa Fe last year and brought me a beautiful selection of stones and to my surprise amongst the turquoises was this exquisite stone with a half moon at the bottom which was translucent. I love these peculiarities more than I love the perfect form.
I have set it very simply in a surround of 9ct gold and three gold dots above on a background of textured silver.
It now adorns my sister's neck.
